Welcome to an in-person training experience, where fitness meets friendship, motivation, and expert guidance.

My goal with in-person training sessions is to provide you with personalized guidance, adjustments, and motivation through every workout. I will be there to push you, challenge you, and celebrate your victories, ensuring that you show up for yourself and reach your goals.

 

With in-person training sessions, you'll get a supportive and encouraging environment that feels like training with your bestie.

Located in Pierrefonds, Montreal, my gym is equipped with barbells, dumbbells, cables, a bench press, and a squat rack for all of our workout needs.
